Each team travels with its own head coach, and chaperones travel with the group. The ratio is about one adult for every eight players.

Our staff is highly trained to take care of every kid, whether it is an injury or an illness. The Gothia Cup also has excellent staff and medical teams stationed across the city and available at every complex.

Parents are more than welcome to come. They cannot stay with the team at the same hotel, and they cannot be on the same flight departing out of DFW. Parents are welcome to be on return flights home.

It depends on when you tell us. The deposit and payment structure, including what is forfeited in each window, is laid out on the cost page.

We always stay in hotels in each country we travel to. Rooms are assigned at random within each team.

Yes, and it should be handled as soon as possible. For an existing passport, the expiration date must be more than six months after both the departure date and the date the team arrives back in the United States. If it expires inside that six month window, a new passport needs to be issued.
