- MLS NEXT players are accepted automatically. Any player from any league is encouraged to apply, and joins once accepted.

- Seventeen players per team.

- First committed, first placed.

- A valid passport, a genuine training commitment, and the conduct you would expect from someone representing his club abroad.
- Age groups
- Birth years 2009 through 2013.
