WHAT IT COSTS
Here is everything that number covers, and the four things it does not.
A transfer day is a day the team is moving between cities: Dallas-Fort Worth to Milan, Milan to Stockholm, Stockholm to Gothenburg, and Gothenburg to Copenhagen for the flight home. On those four days players buy their own meals in transit. Plan for a small amount of cash or a card. It is the only cost that comes up on the road.
The payment schedule will be published before registration opens.

The $1,500 applies from January 1 onward to every registration, whether it is new or already in place.
From April 1, 2027 the trip is fully non-refundable. By that date USIFC has already committed non-refundable money to the airline, the hotels and the tournament on your son's behalf.
